Definitions - "Wapiconnect" refers to Wapiconnect.in. - "Vendor" means the registered partner or business providing services. - "Services" refers to WhatsApp API integration and related offerings. 2. Vendor Responsibilities - Provide accurate info during registration. - Comply with Wapiconnect policies, WhatsApp Business Policy, and laws. - Ensure data privacy and security for customer data. 3. Service Provision - Wapiconnect grants access to WhatsApp API for vendor's use. - Vendor can't resell or sublicense services without permission. 4. Payment Terms - Revenue sharing or pricing as per agreement. - Payments will be processed as per Wapiconnect's billing cycle. 5. Intellectual Property - Wapiconnect retains rights to its platform. 6. Confidentiality - Vendors must keep Wapiconnect's info confidential. 7. Termination - Either party can terminate with [X] days' notice. Wapiconnect may terminate for policy violations. 8.
